Duration: 4 days not including departure days
The Module will follow a clearly defined timetable.
Day 1: Participants from the international exchange will get familiar with the Cycling Sport Association SSV Gera (Germany) management model. The hosts will present good practices in managing and administration of their team. Participants will visit the hosts' sports facilities and will perform demonstrations of various techniques.
Day 2: Volunteering and mobility in cycling. Lecturers: Reinhard Schulze (Germany); Hristo Zaykov (France). The seminar will begin with the presentation of SSV Gera's positive experience in attracting volunteers –5 of their coaches work completely for free. Mr. Zaykov will present the possibilities of Martigues Sport Cyclisme France for continuity and opportunities they have for mobility of managers and coaches.
Day 3: Innovative ideas and their application in cycling sports. Lecturer: Mr. Dragomir Kuzov (Bulgaria), Bernd Herrmann (Germany).
Innovative interactive models for training will be presented - virtual via mobile devices. Demonstration sessions will be held for the use of special applications for interactive distance training sessions from around the world with option for route and difficulty selection. Introducing to the participants how virtual tours can be conducted through the interactive model. This innovative strategy will be demonstrated by the coordinating organization. Mr. Herrmann will present their know-how in the pedagogical approach of upgrading coaching techniques.
Day 4: Demonstration Day
Sharing of coaching practices, sports methods and techniques.
Public final announcement of the results in the cycling tour of the city of Gera, with prior announcement through leaflets and attraction of cyclist followers. To all participants, volunteers and supporters will be given t-shirts, hats and flags with the logos of the project, the EU and Erasmus + Sport and the partner clubs.
